SENIOR SECTION

SENIOR SCHOOL CURRICULUM

The curriculum of Upper Primary and Secondary section covers English, Hindi / Kannada (Second Language), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (under Science), History & Civics, Geography (under Social Studies) , Computer and Physical Education.  Being  the medium of instruction (First Language), we focus for English Language at this stage in oral and written expression in a creative manner.  The second language is to learn the skills and to develop an interest in local languages and literature.

We emphasize for learning Mathematics to consolidate and expand the learning through problem solving techniques.

Science at this stage divides into Physics, Chemistry and Biology to acquire knowledge in the specific areas, enable the students to apply the gained knowledge, to develop skills of handling apparatus, finding relevance of their knowledge in their living environment.

In Social studies, two core areas - History & Civics and Geography are identified. 

Computer Studies focuses on acquiring the knowledge and skills in ICT to enable students to use common software applications and technology to access and utilize the information.

Physical Education studies makes our students to be fit and learn more about particular games.
